Dwane Lay, SPHR, presents a variety of topics to professional audiences and is the author at LeanHRBlog.com.  He is recognized as a leading authority on the application of Lean tools and techniques in Human Resources, as well as having a wealth of experience in applying business technology to improve HR processes.  After a career that included IT, Operations and Quality, he now serves as the Director of Human Resources for Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.  He is also a well known presence on the HR social media landscape, and can be found on a variety of platforms, including Twitter (@DwaneLay) and Facebook. Dwane holds an MBA from Lindenwood University, as well as having earned a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Shauna Moerke, PHR is an HR professional with a diverse work history, a Master's degree, and a PHR certification. She is also a huge geek, social media advocate, and infectious giggler. Robin Schooling, SPHR, is a VP Human Resources in Baton Rouge and an active HR blogger. A past president of GBR SHRM, she also serves on the Louisiana SHRM State Council as the Communications/Social Media Director and is the Program Chair for the 2012 Louisiana SHRM State Conference.  She’s a member of the Smartbrief on Workforce Advisory Board, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Louisiana Business Leadership Network.
