Louisiana SHRM is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the Human Resource field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continuous effectiveness, improvement and innovation in HR.

Our State Council provides leadership, communication and support to the Human Resource profession and is made up of nine local chapters in New Orleans, Covington, Baton Rouge, Houma, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Monroe, and Shreveport. We are proud to support over 2,000 human resource professionals in the State.  Please join us at an upcoming meeting or event!
